Empower Pharmacy is Born

Shaun Noorian, our founder & CEO starts Empower Pharmacy with a vision to provide access to quality, affordable medication to patients like himself.

New Pharmacy Constructed

Empower moves from a 150 square foot space to a 1,500 square foot space which contains our first cleanroom allowing us to expand our formulary to include nonsterile and sterile compounded preparations and better serve our healthcare provider’s needs.

New Standards

The Drug Quality and Security Act is passed and establishes the 503B outsourcing facility category, prompting us to begin construction of our first cGMP facility to ensure our patients and providers receive the highest quality medications.

Nationwide Licensure

We achieve licensure in all 50 states, enabling us to ship medications to patients nationwide.

FDA Registration

Our first 503B Outsourcing Facility opens, which is designed to meet current Good Manufacturing Practices, scale through automation, enhance patient safety, and ensure the highest confidence in the quality of every product we make.

Historic Achievement

Empower officially becomes the largest human drug compounding pharmacy in the country, serving a record number of both patients and providers.

Empower Pharmacy officially fills 15,000 custom-compounded prescriptions a day, helping millions of patients live happier, healthier lives.
